- Polyurethane foam layer adds insulation from the heat or the cold
- All thresholds are hand-forged and fully-welded
- All our doors undergo a unique seven-step process: Sand blast, Zinc-coat, anti-corrosive prime, middle coat, top coat, faux finish, clear coat

The Finishing Touch For Your Home
- Rubber weather-stripping is installed around the door frame and around the interior glass frame
- Door sweep is installed underneath the door
- Up and down extension ball latches are installed on all doors
- On the lower half of the window, there is a small decline for water to run off
- All doors come with a standard dead-bolt lock

Thermal Break Options Available
Thermal Break doors still have Polyurethane foam insulation inside the door slab and the frame. What makes this door different is the frame and the door slab are split with ABS material in-between. This helps prevent the cold from transferring inside in the winter months. A thermal break, in short is anything that stops a transfer of heat from a greater source to a lesser. For example, in your home windows and doors will have thermal breaks in them to stop the transfer of heat or cold. Double pane windows will have gas or air between them to stop the cold from leaching out the heat or cold.
- Decrease heat loss
- Just like your exterior walls, a door with a thermal break plays an important role in insulating your home
- Cool doors draw heat out of the room creating a "drafty" cold feeling
- Helps prevent colder temperatures from transferring through the door to the inside of your home
- Energy efficient
