    Job Overview

    StonehengeUS, a leader in premium building materials, is seeking a full-time Outside Sales Representative to serve the New York City territory. This role offers a dynamic combination of sales and delivery responsibilities, providing an opportunity to build strong customer relationships while contributing to the company’s success.

    As an Outside Sales Representative, you’ll start each day at our Staten Island warehouse, utilizing a company-provided F350 truck for sales visits and material deliveries across New York or New Jersey.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Learn and maintain an in-depth knowledge of StonehengeUS products.
    • Begin each day at our Staten Island warehouse to prepare for sales and deliveries.
    • Build relationships with existing and prospective customers throughout the territory.
    • Comfortably drive an F350 truck to perform both deliveries and sales visits.
    • Balance responsibilities effectively, as the role involves both customer engagement and product delivery.
    • Multitask and prioritize to manage orders, relationships, and logistical responsibilities.
    • Collaborate with the team to achieve and exceed company performance goals.

    Compensation & Benefits

    • Base Salary: $60,000 – $80,000/year, plus commission and performance incentives.
    • Benefits:

    • Schedule:
      • Monday – Friday: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM.
      • Saturday: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM (half-day).

    Administrative Sales Support Assistant

    Job Title: Administrative Sales Support Assistant
    Location: IN OFFICE Staten Island, New York

    Job Overview:
    The Administrative Assistant Support role focuses on supporting our outside sales team. Ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including order creation and management, customer relations, inventory tracking, and scheduling. Key duties involve processing customer purchase orders, following up on payments, checking inventory levels, and managing return requests.

    The ideal candidate should have strong organizational and communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and have the ability to multitask and work independently or as part of a team.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Write and process customer orders
    • Approve orders at multiple stages to ensure compliance and accuracy.
    • Call customers to follow up on past-due payments.
    • Check stock levels and communicate inventory updates.
    • Write and complete return requests in a timely manner.
    • Add schedules and notes to the calendar.
    • Review and update calendar notes regularly.
    • Assist Sales team in samples and sample rack orders
    • Add and maintain pictures of product displays in a tracking sheet.
    • Update and maintain the year-to-date (YTD) performance sheet for dealers.
    • Monitor Sales team activities and locations throughout the day.
    • Ensure superb organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Contribute to team performance.

    Benefits & Compensation:

    • Health benefit package, paid vacation, and sick time.
    • Monday – Friday: 7am – 4 pm, possible Saturdays
